Anpuku is an ancient Japanese abdominal massage technique integral to the practice of Shiatsu and traditional Japanese medicine. The term “Anpuku” translates to “peaceful abdomen” or “calming the abdomen.” This is one of the manual traditions that most influenced the creation of Shiatsu in its early days. During this workshop, Ivan Bel will teach you how to carry out a quick and effective organ assessment, as well as a number of techniques for your abdominal treatments.

- Detoxification: Aids in the elimination of toxins from the body.
- Techniques:
- Gentle pressure and rhythmic movements are applied to the abdomen.
- The practitioner uses hands, fingers, and sometimes elbows to massage specific points.
- Techniques can vary from deep and strong to light and gentle, depending on the needs of the individual.
- Holistic Approach: Anpuku is not just a physical therapy but also addresses emotional and spiritual well-being, promoting overall health and balance. It helps a lot to get read of old memories and traumas.
- Historical Roots: The practice of Anpuku dates back to ancient Japan and has been refined over centuries. It is deeply rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, which were integrated into Japanese healing practices.
